Dreamtime Wellness is dedicated to helping people manage stress and pain, and bring about positive lifestyle changes that lead to happier, healthier, more fulfilled lives. We incorporate a variety of relaxation techniques including Reiki, guided imagery, meditation, hypnotherapy and health education. These techniques empower people to take an active role in their own self-healing and health care. Based north of Boston on beautiful Cape Ann, hospital Reiki services are available throughout Boston and the north shore. Lectures and classes are available locally and nationally.
