Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reaity.

A hypnotherapy session can be created for almost any positive change one desires to make. Certain conditions require more than 1 session. Some sessions may require prior consent from your healthcare provider. Sessions include a recording for additional reinforcement. All sessions are highly individualized.
Hypnosis has been accepted by the American Medical Association Since 1958.
A professional Hypnotherapist can assist an individual in making desired, positive physical and psychological changes through ( the positive ) suggestions offered during hypnosis. Hypnotherapy can be used for making any kind of ( positive ) lifestyle changes one wishes to make.
What is Hypnosis?
All hypnosis is really SELF-hypnosis; the hypnotherapist acts as a guide in the process. Self-hypnosis can be used as a powerful tool for change, ongoing self-care and self-improvement.
Anytime you are DEEPLY RELAXED or HIGHLY FOCUSED
you are in a hypnotic state or ‘trance’ state.
When you are in this focused, relaxed state your subconscious mind is more highly activated, but your conscious mind is still working so you are often aware during a session but may experience a feeling of detachment. Conscious thinking is all awake, logical thought - your judging, criticizing, analyzing state of mind.
Subconscious thought is your daydreaming, your fantasy, your imagination, your dream state. In these instances your subconscious mind is more highly activated and more open to suggestion. Your subconscious mind is also working while you are sleeping.
If you can imagine it, you can achieve it. If you can dream it, you can become it.
